Quote Management

Quotes let you create professional proposals for clients, send them for approval, collect an optional deposit, and turn approved quotes into jobs.

Accessing Quotes

  1. From the sidebar, click Bookings.
  2. From the submenu, click All Quotes.

You will be taken to the Quote Management page, where you can view and manage your quotes.

Creating a Quote

To create your first quote:

  1. Click Create Quote.
  2. You will be taken to the Create New Proposal page.

1. Select the Customer

Choose an existing Customer or Lead, or enter the customer's details manually if they are not already in your system.

2. Add Line Items

Add the services, products, or other items you want to include in the quote. These line items are used to calculate the proposal total.

3. Add Messages and Terms

You can provide additional information with the proposal:

  • Client Message: A message that will be visible to the customer on the quote.
  • Internal Notes: Notes for your team that are not intended for the customer.

4. Review the Order Summary

The order summary on the right side of the page shows the quote details and calculated total. Review the information before sending the proposal.

5. Require a Deposit

If you want to collect an initial payment before starting the job:

  1. Enable Require Deposit.
  2. Enter the required deposit amount.
  3. Click Send Proposal.

If a deposit is required, the customer will be able to pay it as part of the proposal process.

After Sending the Quote

When you send the proposal, the customer receives a link through email or SMS to review it.

The customer can review the proposal and approve it. If you required a deposit, they can also complete the required payment.

After Customer Approval

Once the customer approves the quote and pays the required deposit, you will receive a notification.

You can then convert the approved quote into a Job and begin working on it.

Quote workflow: Create Quote → Send Proposal → Customer Reviews → Customer Approves → Deposit Paid → Convert to Job.
