Integrations
Booky AI integrations let you connect with external apps and systems using APIs and webhooks.
There are two tabs:
- Inbound: Receive data from external sources.
- Outbound Webhooks: Send Booky AI data to external sources.
1. Inbound
The Inbound tab lets external systems send leads and booking requests to Booky AI.
Lead Webhook
The Lead Webhook provides a simple way to capture leads from almost any external source. You can send data in JSON, XML, CSV, or plain text. Booky AI analyzes the data, extracts available contact details, and creates a lead in your dashboard.
Your Unique Webhook URL
Each business has its own unique webhook URL:
https://booky-ai.com/leads/webhook/192922/No authentication headers are required. Simply send your lead data to this URL.
API
The Booky AI API allows external systems and apps to create and manage leads and bookings.
Base URL:
https://booky-ai.comAuthentication: Use your unique API key in the X-API-Key header.

2. Outbound Webhooks
Outbound Webhooks let you send lead and booking data from Booky AI to external apps or systems.
Adding a Webhook
- Open the Outbound Webhooks tab.
- Click Add New Webhook.
- Enter the webhook details.
Webhook Details
- Integration Name: Enter a name to identify the webhook.
- Event Type: Choose what triggers the webhook:
- Lead Added
- Booking Added
- Webhook URL: Enter the URL where Booky AI should send the data. The payload is sent as a POST request.
- Active: Enable the webhook to allow it to send data.
Click Save Webhook to add it.
Managing Webhooks
After adding a webhook, it will appear in the Outbound Webhooks tab. You can:
- Update the webhook details.
- Click Test to test the webhook.
- View webhook logs to check whether deliveries were successful.
