Open Your Business Profile
- From the sidebar, go to Settings.
- Click Business Profile.
You can also access your Business Profile directly from Business Profile.
Edit Your Business Information
Your profile includes the following information:
- Business Name
- Industry
- Business Description
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Website
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
To make changes, click the green Edit Profile button in the top-right corner of the page.
Why Is This Information Important?
Your business profile information is used by Booky AI's AI Agents when interacting with customers. Relevant business information may also be provided to customers when they become your customers.
Tip: Keep your business information accurate and up to date so your AI Agents and customers always have the correct details.
