Coupon Management

Coupons let you create discount codes that customers can use when making bookings. You can control the discount amount, usage limits, validity period, and which services the coupon applies to.

Accessing Coupons

1. From the sidebar, click Bookings.
2. From the submenu, click Coupon.

The Coupons page shows all existing coupons. If you have not created any coupons yet, you will see an option to create your first discount coupon.

Creating a Coupon

1. Click Add Coupon in the top right corner.
2. Complete the coupon form.
3. Click Save Coupon.

Coupon Settings

• Coupon Code: The code customers enter when booking. For example, SUMMER20.
• Internal Name: A name used internally to identify the coupon.
• Type: Choose Percentage for a percentage-based discount or Fixed for a fixed amount.
• Value: Enter the discount amount. For a percentage coupon, enter the percentage. For a fixed coupon, enter the dollar amount.
• Max Discount Cap: Set the maximum discount amount for a percentage coupon.
• Minimum Spend: Set the minimum booking amount required to use the coupon.
• Max Total Uses: Set the maximum number of times the coupon can be used.
• Uses / Customer: Limit how many times each customer can use the coupon.
• Valid From: Set the date when the coupon becomes available.
• Valid Until: Set the date when the coupon expires.
• Service Restrictions: Choose which services the coupon can be used for.
• Active Status: Enable or disable the coupon.

Using Coupons

After you save the coupon, customers can use the coupon code when making an eligible booking. Booky AI will apply the discount according to the rules you configured.
